This antique, small table clock or mantel clock has a verge movement that you wind up with key , which sits in a marble case.It was made around 1810. The bezel of the dial was made of fire-gilded bronze. The enamel dial shows Roman numerals. On the front, a putti that has cut grain with a sickle decorates the clock.
Please do not expect a precision clockwork. The clockwork is antique and has been in use for over 200 years. It works, but needs to be raised every day.
